You have to ask yourself the question ‘Who am I?’ This investigation will lead in the end to the discovery of something within you which is behind the mind… ~ Ramana Maharshi
A human being is a part of the whole, called by us “Universe”, a part limited in time and space. One experiences themself, their thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest — a kind of optical delusion of their consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty. ~ Albert Einstein
I and my Father are one…. ~ Christ (John 10:30)
Dear Ambassador Griffith: I wanted to convey to you my views on our extraterrestrial visitors popularly referred to as “UFO’s”, and suggest what might be done to properly deal with them.
I believe that these extra-terrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets, which obviously are a little more technically advanced than we are here on earth. I feel that we need to have a top level, coordinated program to scientifically
collect and analyze data from all over the earth concerning any type of encounter, and to determine how best to interface with these visitors in a friendly fashion.

(letter to Ambassador of the United Nations November 9th, 1978)
From the point of view of Self-Realization or enlightenment, there are no individuals. The Self, or God, exists as all manifestation. As our spiritual knowledge grows, our identification with the individual body-mind diminishes and our consciousness expands into universal consciousness. The life force continuous to act but its thoughts and actions are no longer limited to an individual; they become the total manifestation.
When we suddenly awake to the realization that there is no barrier, and never has been, one realizes that one is all things…mountains, rivers, grasses, trees, sun, moon, stars, universe are all oneself. There is no longer a division or barrier between myself and others, no longer any feeling of alienation or fear there is nothing apart from oneself and therefore nothing to fear. Realizing this results in true compassion. Other people and things are not seen as apart from oneself but, on the contrary, as one’s own body… ~ Bruce Lee (From the book, Bruce Lee: Fighting Spirit: A Biography)
To fully understand the meaning of Spirit, we must accept one direct principle, and that is…life is indestructible. It cannot be destroyed. It can change form and its rate of living consciousness; it can be transmuted, and its frequency changed to higher and lower levels, but it cannot be destroyed… ~ Ronald Beesley
